Signages measuring 2 feet X 3 feet were designed, printed, and distributed for displaying at evacuation centres in Kapar and Hulu Langat sub-districts. This was to clearly indicate the facilities for evacuation during emergencies and disasters to the community members.

The design was co-created by the village leaders of Kapar and Hulu Langat, who gave input to ensure that it would be clearly understood by people of all walks of life.  The signage was endorsed by the National Disaster Management Agency (NADMA) and given approval by the Department of Education, Department of Islamic Religion, district offices, and municipal councils.
